How do I solve my e-mails folder issue for a specific language?

You went to the "reviews e-mails" tab of the module, and you've got the error below?

if it's right, you just need to follow these steps below:

1/ Connect to your FTP server via your FTP client as FileZilla.

2/ Go to the module's "mails" folder in your shop: gsnippetsreviews/mails/

By default, you'll find 4 folders like this:

- en/

- fr/

- es/

- it/

3/ For example, for the Deutsch language, you should get an error when you went to the "reviews e-mail" tab.

You just need to create a "de" folder in the module's mails folder and you'd get this at the end: gsnippetsreviews/mails/de/

4/ So now, you have created your "de" folder, you just need to download all the files from the "en" module's mails folder on your computer.

5/ Next, you absolutely need to do your text translations directly into the files you just downloaded in your computer, in that case, you'll translate them into deutsch

DO NEVER THE MAILS TEMPLATES FILES TRANSLATIONS VIA THE BACK-OFFICE TOOL BECAUSE IT WILL REMOVE ALL THE HEADERS WHERE THE CSS STYLES ARE DECLARED AND APPROPRIATE FOR THE MAIL RENDERING.

6/ At last, you just need to upload these new translated deutsch template files into your new "de" folder.

Of course, this procedure should be done for every single active language you have activated in your shop, and if there isn't any language folder for.

Until you'd do it for each language, you'll still get the error message. So if you think some languages have been activated for nothing, just deactivate them in your back-office "localization > languages" tab,, and then our module will stop to show you an error even if the folder doesn't exist for these languages you've just deactivated.
