Why do I get a blank page in your admin tab ?

A blank page or an error when opening a report can have several causes.

  1. Record the PrestaShop version, module version and affected screen: module settings, report form or export result.
  2. Sign in to the Back Office again and retry, then record the full error message and its time.
  3. Review PHP/PrestaShop logs with your host or developer. If needed, temporarily enable debug mode on a test copy to obtain the exact error, then disable it after diagnosis.
  4. Send these details to support with the steps and filters needed to reproduce the issue.
