Why are some of my customers not exported?

To ensure you have a quality customer file, allowing to find the maximum number of matches with Google or Facebook accounts, and so, to have a quality targeting, the module takes care of sorting and keeps only the relevant customer forms.

So, only complete customer forms, that is, containing all the information required by the selected social media will be exported. Indeed, if some data is missing, social media will display warnings, or even errors, and if not corrected, your campaigns will be less effective. All anonymized customers as well as badly formatted data will also be excluded from export.

Here are the data that a customer form must contain in order to be exported to the Facebook Ads Manager: e-mail, phone number, first name, last name, ZIP/postal code, country, city, gender, date of birth, age. If any of this information is missing, the customer will not be exported.

Here are the data that a customer form must contain in order to be exported to Google Ads: e-mail, phone number, first name, last name, ZIP/postal code, country. Again, if any of this information is missing, the customer will not be exported.

To help you, when exporting, the module tells you the number of customers that were not exported because of missing data.

Moreover, through the module you can apply filters to export only one category of customers. Check that you do not have filters applied if the number of customers exported does not match the expected one.
