How do Google validate my feed ?

File retrieval, data processing and product approval are separate steps. Successfully fetching XML does not guarantee that every product will be approved.

Google checks product data, landing pages, sales policies and account eligibility for the requested programs. In Merchant Center, open Products → Needs attention and check both account-level and product-level issues.

Google generally indicates 3–5 business days for an initial Shopping ads review; some other features can take a few weeks. These are estimates, not a guaranteed approval date. Follow the status and required actions shown in your account.

Updates are still subject to checks: changes to prices, availability, pages or policies can cause new issues. After correcting the cause, fetch the feed again and request a review only when Merchant Center offers that action. See how to investigate a disapproval.
