How to update the data of my Snapchat catalog?

A change in PrestaShop does not update a previously downloaded CSV or the data already imported into Snapchat.

If you use a manual CSV upload

1. Save your product or configuration changes in PrestaShop.
2. In My csv files, select the same language/currency pair as the catalog you want to update and click Generate.
3. Download the regenerated file from the CSV list.
4. In Snapchat Ads Manager, open the relevant catalog and update its manual data source with the new CSV. Follow the controls provided for your data source.
5. When processing is complete, review the catalog’s products and diagnostics.

Repeat this for other affected language/currency pairs. If the module generates several files for one pair, first check how the complete set should be imported into your Snapchat data source.

If you use a URL data source

Snapchat supports scheduled retrieval of a product feed, as described in its official product feed documentation.

The module provides manual CSV generation through its interface. A scheduled fetch by Snapchat does not by itself refresh the file’s contents: the file available at that URL must also be regenerated with current data. The module does not provide a CSV regeneration cron scheduler in its configuration. Scheduled retrieval by Snapchat therefore does not constitute automatic synchronization of the PrestaShop catalog. Verify any automation implemented on your installation separately.
