What are the prerequisites for the images of my products?

Each product needs an accessible main image. The module does not export products for which it cannot retrieve a usable cover image.

In Basic settings, choose the image type to export. Check the dimensions and format of the image actually served: a type name such as large_default does not guarantee its real size. For square carousel images, TikTok specifies at least 500 × 500 pixels, in JPG or PNG format.

The main image is sent in image_link. The Do you want to export additional images? option also sends links in additional_image_link; disable it to keep only the main image.

TikTok documents a limit of 10 additional image URLs. This does not mean the module automatically truncates its export to ten images: if a product has many photos, check the generated feed and contact support if the limit is exceeded.
