Why don't my login buttons appear on the login page?
If the buttons do not appear on the login page, check the following:
- Test as a logged-out visitor. The module does not return login buttons when a customer is already logged in.
- Under “Social login buttons configuration”, check the connector and its activation.
- Under “Connectors position management (native hooks)”, check that it is included in the active connectors for the required position, then save the changes.
- If the buttons are still missing, have your integrator check that the module’s JavaScript resources and AJAX request load correctly.
Your theme may use an HTML container different from the one expected by the position. In that case, identify the actual container and use the advanced position tool. Avoid leaving two positions that add the same buttons to the same place.
If the buttons still cannot be displayed, send support the affected page, theme and module versions, and the observed loading errors, without credentials or confidential data.
On PrestaShop 9.2 with Hummingbird, the login page uses the authentication page type and the separate registration page uses registration. Check the actual page type and HTML container when configuring a position.
For advanced positions, follow the positioning procedure.
