Where can I find my store's rating link on Google My Business?

You can add a link to your Google Business Profile review form to product or shop rating emails.

Copy the link

  1. Open your profile using a Google account authorized to manage it.
  2. Select Read reviews → Get more reviews → Copy.

Enter it in the module

  1. Open Rating emails → Google My Business reviews. The module retains this label.
  2. Enable the option to include a request to review your shop on Google in rating emails.
  3. Paste the copied link into the URL field and save.

The relevant product or shop rating emails must be enabled; configure them using this procedure. Use your own business’s link and check its destination. Reviews submitted on Google are managed on Google; they do not automatically become module reviews.
