How to indicate the availability of my products on Snapchat?
The availability field is required in a Snapchat catalog. The module calculates it from quantities when generating the CSV, using two separate settings.
Choose which products are included in the CSV
In Feed management > Product exclusion rules, Do you want to export out of stock products? determines whether items with no stock are included. With No, only products or combinations with a strictly positive quantity can be exported, subject to the other export rules.

Choose the availability value
In Feed management > Feed data options, About product availability: offers two behaviors:
- Only indicate products as available IF they are actually in stock: the module writes
in stockfor a strictly positive quantity andout of stockfor a zero or negative quantity. - Always indicate products as available EVEN IF they are in fact out of stock: the module writes
in stockfor exported items, regardless of their quantity.

For products with combinations, the module uses each combination’s quantity. The “always available” option does not reinstate a combination excluded by the export rules.
Warning: choose a setting that reflects the actual availability of your items. Snapchat automatically excludes products marked out of stock from ad delivery.
Update stock changes
A previously generated CSV does not change when stock changes. Regenerate the file and update its source in Snapchat, as explained in the catalog update FAQ. Snapchat also supports scheduled feeds; fetching a feed does not by itself regenerate the file produced by the module.
See the Snapchat field specifications for supported availability values.
