What does the addition of the utm_content parameter in my product links allow?
The module's advertising integration can add utm_content={campaignid} to the ads_redirect URL. Google Ads can replace the ValueTrack variable {campaignid} with the campaign ID for a supported click.
This concerns advertising link ads_redirect, not necessarily link. It does not by itself measure all organic traffic or free listings, to which this attribute does not apply.
Under Google management → Google Analytics integration, check the parameters available in your version, save and compare both XML attributes. Then inspect parameters actually received on the landing page and their interpretation by your analytics tool.
For current tracking, also review Google Ads auto-tagging and tracking templates/ValueTrack. Avoid conflicting parameters across feed, campaign and website. A campaign ID in a URL alone does not establish complete GA4 attribution.
