Google Customer Reviews: What are the conditions for Google to request product ratings in addition to seller ratings?

To allow Google Customer Reviews to ask for feedback on purchased products, enable “Send GTIN codes of ordered products?” in the Google Customer Reviews tab, then save.

Provide official, valid GTINs for the relevant products or combinations. This integration sends Google a list of GTINs for ordered products; it does not send SKU references, brand/MPN pairs or product URLs as alternatives within that list.

The product ratings feed is a separate way of sending reviews you have already collected. Keep these two features distinct.

Important: Google does not guarantee that ratings and reviews will appear on your ads. Display depends on data quality and relevance, among other factors.
