Do I need to rewrite numeric values into the combination URLs?
This option addresses a historical combination-URL case involving numeric values containing a comma or period, particularly in PrestaShop 1.6. It should not be enabled systematically on a recent shop.
Before changing a URL-rewriting option, open the exact combination link from the XML and check that it selects the correct variant, price and currency.
If you maintain an old shop, compare the generated URL with the product-page URL and have your integrator check your version and theme's behavior. Keep a configuration that works; a numeric label does not establish an error.
For current troubleshooting, see incorrect product URLs reported by Google and the historical attribute-ID option.
