How to indicate the availability of my products on Facebook?
Exported availability must reflect whether the product can actually be purchased. Do not force availability just to remove an alert.
Two separate settings
- Feed management → Product exclusion rules → Export out-of-stock products: determines whether zero-quantity items remain in the export.
- Feed data options → Product availability: determines the value sent for exported items, including the mode forcing availability despite zero stock.
Inspect the final XML and product page, including the date, rather than inferring the tag from the out-of-stock ordering setting alone. Also check that the sent values are accepted for your Meta use. Regenerate the feed after changes and have its latest version retrieved.
